The Kyte Trader Support desk is maintained from 06:00 to 21:15 to provide customers with a point of contact if there are queries with regard to statements, p&l’s, new products / markets, frozen orders, disconnections, etc.

This dedicated team ensures that customers’ best interests are looked after at all times.  Information about the markets, the exchanges and the Kyte network is relayed in a timely fashion to allow even the remotest clients to be ‘in touch’ with the latest news and developments.
